Please note the following policies for delivery and return:

1. All sales are final. We have a 2 week warranty exchange policy- if we are unable to resolve the issue with the device/product, we will trade it out for a new one. MUST be an issue with the item out of the box, not an issue caused by user error.
2. We offer delivery within Austin city limits only.
3. To place an order for delivery, call (512) 551-0420 (Option 3). We only accept delivery orders through our Westgate location, shop #3. This is the number to the correct store.
4. Limited number of same-day deliveries available. Same-day delivery will be available for an added charge of $10. We will inform you at the time of ordering if we are unable to process any more same-day deliveries. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 2pm.
5. We will deliver your order based on delivery instructions given at time of ordering. 
6. PLEASE ensure your order is correct when placing the order on the phone with us. We cannot change your order once it has been placed for delivery.
7. We will process your payment over the phone with you to ensure the transaction goes through. Credit / Debit cards accepted.
8. Our delivery service is available Monday-Friday.
9. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. In the case of same-day delivery, the order will be delivered the same day but not at a guaranteed time.
