How It Works
1. Shop online: Browse our online store for delivery-available products including disposables, THC, kratom, kava, accessories, and more.
Note: some in-store products are not available for delivery — the online shop reflects what’s eligible.
2. Select delivery at checkout: Enter your delivery address and confirm you’re within our 10-mile zone. Pay securely online — no phone orders accepted.
3. Uber brings it to you: We dispatch your order via Uber. Orders are typically picked up within 30 minutes, though delivery times may extend to 60–90 minutes during Uber peak times.
Before You Order... Important Delivery Policies
Valid ID required: You must be 21+ to purchase. A physical, non-expired valid ID must be presented to the Uber driver upon delivery. Digital IDs will not be accepted. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the order being returned to our store.
Returned orders: If a delivery fails and the order is returned to Austin Vape & Smoke, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that Uber delivery fees are non-refundable. Repeated failed deliveries may result in suspension from our online ordering system.
Delivery address accuracy: Double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Once an order is placed we cannot modify delivery details, and Austin Vape & Smoke is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Do I need to be home?
Yes! Before handing over your order, the Uber driver needs to verify your ID. Orders can not be left at the door. Please refer to the “Before You Order…” section above.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes – there is a flat $8 delivery fee, charged at checkout.
What's the latest I can order for same-day delivery?
8PM! Delivery opens at 9:45AM daily.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically picked up within 30 minutes. Delivery times may extend to 60–90 minutes based on Uber driver availability in your area.
Can I place a delivery order by phone?
All delivery orders must be placed online. Phone orders are only accepted in cases of technical issues with the online ordering system, such as the site experiencing an outage or checkout errors.

Can I track my order?
