Manufacturer Defects:

We offer a 2 week warranty exchange on our devices for out of the box issues. If you suspect your device is experiencing a manufacturer defect (not turning on, not charging, etc.), please return to the location with the copy of your receipt. Our staff will further assist you with troubleshooting and exchange out the device if needed.

We do not provide exchanges for issues caused by user error.
