Hug Life keeps it simple and gets it right. These chillums are handmade in Austin and available in three versions — each one a clean, no-fuss piece that delivers exactly what a chillum should.

The 3″ version is the most pocket-friendly of the three — easy to carry, easy to use, easy to love. The 4″ version gives you a little more length and a cooler draw without adding much bulk. Both are straightforward pieces that hold up well with regular use.

Then there’s the Dragon Roll. Also 4 inches, but with a hand-sculpted roll stopper near the bowl — five descending bumps that wrap around the chillum, each one slightly smaller than the last. It keeps the piece from rolling off a surface, but honestly it looks just as good as it functions. A small detail that makes a real difference.
