Manufacturer Defects

Refillable Vape Mods and Cart Batteries:
We offer a 2 week warranty exchange on these devices for out of the box issues. If you suspect your device is experiencing a manufacturer defect (not turning on, not charging, etc.), please return to the location with the copy of your receipt. Our staff will further assist you with troubleshooting and exchange out the device if needed.

Hemp Carts or Disposables:
If you are experiencing out of the box issues with your hemp cartridge or disposable (not firing, not turning on, not charging, etc) please return to the location within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt. Our staff will further assist you with troubleshooting and exchange out the item if needed.
Note: Cart or Disposable must be at least 75% full to be eligible for a possible exchange.

We do not provide exchanges for issues caused by user error.
